NEW ONLINE BILL PAY PLATFORM

To accommodate our customers who want the convenience of paying their water bill online, we've added a NEW online payment option. It's convenient, fast and secure.

There is a charge for paying your bill online, if you do not want to pay this convenience fee, there is still the option to mail your payment or drop it off at the office. Please note that this office does not accept any credit or debit cards

 

 


Pay Water Bills Online

Customers should have their bill handy as you will need your ACCOUNT NUMBER and a unique identifier assigned to the account called a CID

  1. Visit the Customer Portal at: https://bournewater.authoritypay.com/

  2. YOU MUST set up an account, your unipay login will not work on the new portal

  3. click on "set up online access"

  4. Enter the required information to set up access. You should receive an email to verify your account, if you do not receive this email, check how you are entering your account number. It needs to be entered exactly as it is on the bill with the letter and a space between the letter and first number. Be sure to include the dash and sequence number as well. EX: S 0000-0
  5. Once setup, customers can access their account through our customer portal. In the customer portal, customers can see current account balance detail, payment history, usage history and pay their bill.
