The Water District will install all road crossovers, when necessary, water main taps and curbstop connections, and if traffic warrants, hire a police officer at the owner/applicant's expense.

Blacktop replacement, fence removal, tree removal, shrub replacement and lawn repair are the responsibility of the owner/applicant. Hardtop removal and replacement will be billed at the current labor and material rates.

If there is no water main available to connect to the service, or if the District is not capable of making the connection and an outside contractor needs to be hired, all expenses for the contractor and materials will be paid by the property owner.

A water meter is required for each service. Download the New Water Service Application (.pdf) to see if a meter pit is required. Size to be determined by the owner/applicant. If size is in excess of 3/4", the cost is to be paid by the owner/applicant.
